Attualmente i Wilier Triestina “store in store” si possono trovare a Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong,  Shenzhen, Chengdu, Fuzhou, Shenyang, Haerbin, Suzhou, Nanjing, Hangzhou e Xian.

WILIER TRIESTINA DOUBLES SELLS IN CHINA

China is proving to be one of the most promising business opportunities for Wilier Triestina. The excellent sales results already achieved in the last two years are accompanied by broad prospects for further growth.

In 2009 the Chinese market absorbed 600 bicycles while in 2010 sales more than doubled. Today 35 stores are offering the brand name from Rossano Veneto and projections for 2011 report an increase in sales volumes of 20 percent. The most popular bicycle models are those of the average range, Izoard and Imperiale in the first place. Also encouraging feedback from Cento1.

“We worked a lot with our distributor on branding the mark in these two years – says Andrea Gastaldello, CEO of Wilier Triestina -. Now the results confirm that we are on track. The Chinese market is very special, with different dynamics than any other. We already take part on the market through our distributors in many large cities and, since our brand is considered a symbol of Made in Italy, we believe that it will have a growing following. This year we will open new official stores”.

Currently, Wilier Triestina “stores in store” can be found in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Shenzen, Chengdu, Fuzhou, Shenyang, Haerbin, Suzhou, Nanjing, Hangzhou and Xian.
