Japanese Taiji Nishitani of Team Aisan has won on a Wilier Cento1 the fourth stage of Tour de Langkawi, in Malaysia (Mersing-Parit Sulong, 163,5 km). He beated the Australian Matthews, who had won two of the previous stages.
