It’s Ramunas Navardauskas the new Maglia Rosa after Giro stage 4, a 33.2 km TTT that starts and finishes in Verona.
It’s the first time the Maglia Rosa is weared by a Lithuanian cyclist . All cheering was for Taylor Phinney, but his poor physical condition linked to yesterday fall, did not allow him to keep the leader’s jersey.
