Ho acquistato una wilier 101 xb e sono rimasto molto deluso dopo ripetuti solleciti da parte del rivenditore per avere i forcellini per montare il perno passante sulla ruota posteriore come da voi indicato sul sito oggi il rivenditore mi ha detto che voi non li avete e che non è possibile averli in sede di acquisto se lo sapevo non avrei acquistato il vostro prodotto da premettere che presso un altro rivenditore li aveva disponibili già con la bici.mi chiedo se voi dite di non farli come gli aveva? In seguito a quando detto spero di risolvere il problema senza dovermi rivolgere ad un legale .
Salve Gaetano. Scusaci ma i forcellini per 101XB sono disponibili, soltanto che sono compatibili per un perno da 12 millemetri di diametro e per ruota shimano. Probabilmente non sono compatibili con il materiale da te posseduto.
