Double satisfaction for Lampre-ISD. The first victory of the year comes from one of the most important emerging young Italian riders. In Stage 3 of the International Week of Coppi and Bartali, Ulissi has finalized the great work of his team mate.
The peleton arrived at the foot of the final tear compact, Ulissi before 2 km from the finish has tried to accelerate so the group came so much lengthened towards the arrival. This effort resulted in the riders to support a strong sprint and a progression in which to grab the victory it needed a big leg. In order, Ulissi has preceded Sutherland, Di Luca and Ponzi.
